Shipping Policy
Once an item has been shipped and tracking information provided to the customer, Rome + Ruby™ is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you would like to add insurance to an order, please notify us before completing an order. If there is an issue with shipping and the receipt of your package, please contact your local carrier to discuss.
Items totaling over $300 will require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping Upgrades
Once an order is placed with us and you find that you need to upgrade shipping, please contact us with in 24 hours of the order placed.
Priority shipping time is typically 1-3 days and Priority express shipping is typically 1-2 days
Tracking
Tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at the time of check out. Please ensure you provide an accurate email address to receive notifications. Once an order is placed, if no email address is attached, we are unable to adjust an order to include an email address.
Processing Time
Rome + Ruby™ operates on an estimate 5-7 days processing time before shipping. If there are several items purchased, shipment will be sent when order if fulfilled entirely.
